A washerman lived in a certain village. He had a donkey. The donkey used to work hard all day, but even though he worked so hard, he could not get enough food. The donkey was becoming thin and weak day by day due to less food. Finally, the washerman found a way to feed the donkey. He decided to let the donkey loose at night so that it could wander around the villagers’ fields and eat its fill.
One night, when the donkey was wandering in the field he met a fox. Since then, the two friends used to enter the villagers’ fields every day and eat pumpkins, green vegetables, or green grass. The two friends used to have a lot of fun and destroy the fields of the villagers.
